Want to get started on or implement budgets for next Financial Year but don’t know
where to start?
In this workshop, you will need to bring a calculator, and also reports from your existing
business (if available) showing Profit & Loss (month to month) and Balance Sheet
(month to month) for the past 12 months.
Join The Business Knowledge Centre to learn about the 2 main types of budgets used in
a business and how to go about establishing them.
